Shipping Policy

We want to get your order to you as quickly as we can. It takes 2-3 days to process your order. Delivery takes an additional 2-7 business days.

During peak holiday seasons shipping can take an additional 1-2 business days. Large orders may require additional time before shipping.

Shipping is FREE to the 48 contiguous United States. If you are located outside of the 48 contiguous United States, please call us at (800) 888-1912 to place an order and the customer service representative assisting you will be able to let you know what to expect in shipping costs and estimated delivery date.

 

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days.

Please follow the instructions below to return your item.

  • Call (800) 888-1912 to obtain a prepaid return label(s). Before calling, please have your order number ready.
  • Once prepaid return label(s) is received, affixed the return label(s) over the original shipping label(s). Only the return label should be visible. Please only use one label per box and do not apply tape over the barcode.
  • Call FedEx Ground at (888) 777-6040 to schedule a pickup from your location or you can drop off the package(s) at your nearest FedEx location. To find the closest FedEx location, please call (800) 463-3339.
  • Your refund or credit will be processed upon receipt of the packages(s) in our warehouse. Please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed and credit issued after receipt of the package(s).

Before proceeding to initiate a return, please note the following return policies:

  • Returns must be received by The Morrison Group in their original condition, which means all items must be packed and returned in the original manufacturer boxes. Only items deemed saleable will be considered for a refund or credit.
  • Shipping and/or handling charges cannot be refunded.
  • There will be a restocking fee of 20% deducted from your refund for non-defective, non-fault returns.
